A Talent Pool is a file of high potential candidates (permanent and interim) who may be of interest to organizations in the future. Organisations can decide that certain positions are too important to leave vacant. For these positions, Smelt can build a talent pool.

After this orientation and (or) introduction, you can make a better assessment of which organization is the best fit for your next challenge or development goals. You can then choose to pursue a career with the new organization rather than a job opening.
