Key Account & E-Commerce Manager

Are you an excellent relationship builder with E-Commerce experience? If so, this is an amazing opportunity for you! In this position you will be responsible for achieving commercial objectives, developing and managing customer account strategies, customer commercial strategies and implementing and executing customer action plans.   

You Will Be Responsible For

  • The execution of the customer account plan(s) to gain distribution, market share and presence at the point of sale against competition. 
  • Building excellent customer relationships on an individual basis and use the platform for the account teams.   
  • Ensure the on-going coordination of the sales planning process with Marketing, Controlling, Supply Chain, and Business Leader.   
  • The delivery of the agreed monthly business forecast and provide on a weekly basis detail of any variance to the forecast.  
  • Monitoring the local execution of pricing and promotions.  
  • Analysing and review the promotional activity and make recommendations on corrective actions in line with Planning & Promotions Strategy.   
  • Keeping track of the delivery against the agreed objectives within the annual customer plan for product distribution and display   
  • Driving E-Commerce growth as substantial part of the Derma growth strategy.   

Do You Have?

  • A Master degree (minimum)
  • 3-5 years of work experience in a commercial role (within Pharma is a plus) 
  • Strong in relationship building skills. 
  • Creative, independent, self-motivated, performance oriented and efficiency skills
  • A professional level of the Dutch language
