As the Team Lead Inside Sales EMEA you are fully accountable for managing a sales process for a portfolio of radiology customers remotely. In this role your purpose is to take over customer relationships from the local country field force and to expand our client's reach through new customers acquisition, leveraging effective telephone and virtual selling skills. You are also responsible to develop, advance and implement inside sales standards within your squads and train & coach Inside Sales Representatives (Squad Members) to ultimately drive team efficiency and sales results.

 

You will be responsible for

  • Reviewing and tracking the achievements of sales targets and other KPI's for the squad set by local Radiology sales organisations and the Head of Inside Sales Excellence;
  • Co-developing and implementing inside sales standards within a squad to improve governance and processes in line with hub-wide guardrails set by Head of Inside Sales Excellence;
  • Leveraging own inside sales experience to develop and coach Inside Sales Reps (Squad Members) in digital/remote selling techniques (e.g. via trainings, feedback);
  • Executing and lead daily check-ins of an inside sales squad to track sales progress vs. target, to prioritise sales opportunities and to facilitate best practice sharing within and cross the squads;
  • Leading the onboarding of new squad members;
  • Analysing customer-related data and reimbursement situations to understand product use, demand patterns and untapped needs to unlock sales opportunities.

Do you have?

  • 2 -3 years experience with coaching/support/leadership or management 
  • Preferably a bachelor degree in a natural science related field or training as a pharmaceutical representative or radiographer;
  • Profound methodological experience in Inside Sales/Tele Sales/Call Centre Operations using virtual/remote sales engagement and leveraging new digital amd agile ways of working;
  • Proven ability to develop and grow Inside Sales capacities.
