We are looking for Key Account Managers, Interest? Our client is a nationally operating digital hospital. The organization takes care of the transition of medical specialist care. As a healthcare institution, our client enters into collaborations with general practitioners, medical specialists and paramedics. Thanks to the network of care providers, the organization is always able to deliver care close by, without waiting times and at an affordable price. As a Key Account Manager you are responsible for the acquisition and relationship management of gp centres, care groups and institutions in your region. You work very independently and are ultimately responsible for your accounts. Commercial positions at healthcare institutions are few and far between, this is the opportunity for an experienced account manager to make the switch to healthcare.

Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for building,developing andactively Managing long-termrelationships with Hospitals in the Netherlands, Making use of your already existing, extensive network;
  • You operate and advise hospitals with a very high revenue potential at strategic and tactical level;
  • Do you perform analyses and optimize the planning for the improvement of results from and for the customer;
  • Are you the sparring partner of customers, colleagues and the Sales Manager with passion about your field and a high degree of responsibility;
  • Recognize and exploit opportunities within the Healthcare / eHealth sector where you draw up campaigns and set out sales actions through various channels;
  • Share your knowledge and experience with the Account Management team and discuss relevant (market) developments, trends and needs in your own area of focus, which influence your sales plan.

Your qualifications

  • Do you have at least 5 years of experience in Strategic / Key Account Management with demonstrable experience in contract negotiations;
  • Do you have a network in the 2nd line in the Netherlands within 1 or more of our fields with demonstrable experience in creating cooperation with Hospitals in the Netherlands;
  • You have demonstrable experience in drawing up strategic account plans and mapping DMU structures;
  • Do you like to take on challenges and youare goal- & result-oriented (with KPIs).
