Finance Operations Lead at SMELT

You are a motivated individual who performs financial administration independently and accurately. In addition, you are interested in a broad range of tasks beyond administration. You support the HR manager with employee administration activities and other operational activities (such as fleet management and the daily management of ICT). 

Job Description

Description of the administrative tasks:

- Independently setting up, carrying out and checking the financial administration
- Preparing and sending sales invoices 
- Accurate processing of purchase invoices and expense claims
- The payment of purchase invoices
- The effective implementation of debtor management
- Preparing financial and business intelligence reports 
- Preparing periodic tax returns
- Making proposals for the improvement of financial and operational processes

Description of the activities for employee administration:

• Payrolling
• Drafting employment contracts and other documents for the employee file
• Drafting confirmations for clients
• Keeping a leave and absence administration
• Answering practical questions from colleagues
• Delivering monthly changes to the payroll administration.

Job Requirements

Education:
You have completed a financial administrative education at HBO level and have up to three years of work experience.

Competencies:
Flexible, structured, can set priorities, solution oriented, professional, excellent oral and written communication (Dutch and English), customer friendly.
