As a Recruiter Interim Professional, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process including profiling, candidate management, planning, interviewing, reference checking and contract negotiation. You will not only take care of the execution of recruitment activities, but also contribute to determining the policy for the pharmaceutical industry and recruitment

Responsibilities

• 2+ years proven recruitment experience
• Speaking Dutch and English
• Experience in Life sciences is a plus
• Stakeholder Management
• Networking skills
• Experience working with an ATS
• Good computer skills and ability to acquire knowledge of the in-house candidate database swiftly in order to be able to undertake multi-level searches
• Good reasoning skills and ability to screen and eventually interview applicants and make sound judgements on suitability
• Excellent telephone skills (basic sales, message handling, service)
• Reasonable presentation skills.
