Are you looking for a position as a Field Sales Specialist within Medical products/device? You will be focusing on treatment provided in arteriovenous (AV) access and portal hypertension, this is a specialised and consultative role focusing on a defined customer base. You will have full responsibility for the sales and market development activities within your territory.

You will be responsible for

  • Sales and clinical education for our highly regarded product portfolio
  • Full ownership for maximising sales and ensuring market penetration with the existing business,
  • Actively pursuing new customers and developing new opportunities
  • Able to drive market development as well as full life cycle sales
  • Account ownership including accurate sales forecasting and allocation of investment budgets
  • Provide clinical product education and training
  • Connect and negotiate contracts with purchasing and procurement specialists

Do you have

  • Experience in medical sales, medical engineering or clinical background is a plus
  • BSc or MSc (nursing or technical medicine is a plus)
  • A passion for medical device sales and successful clinical outcomes
  • Deep clinical knowledge and understanding of the disease states
  • Extensive commercial skills, proactive, self-motivated and well organised
  • Team-player, able to interact with other associates across Europe on a regular basis
  • Strong relationship builder, an able and open communicator, and intrinsically motivated to do the right thing
  • Willing to undertake extensive travel across the Netherlands and Belgium, with some international travel to sales meetings, congresses and for training
