As a Brand Manager, you create, maintain and increase brand awareness and loyalty among customers within the franchise gastro-enterology. Next to that, you will be an active participant within the cross-functional team through strategic planning process, from analysis to strategy development and to tactical implementation. Furthermore, you will uncover insights, build customer journeys to deliver tailored information, messages and marketing campaigns using omnichannel capabilities in order to create a positive customer experience and effective campaigns.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Be an active member of the cross-functional brand team to develop business strategic and operational plans; work closely with the other brand & customer manager to align the brand team, the field teams and the senior management around the brand's direction, choices and tactics;
- Include the omnichannel customer engagement approach into the business strategic and operational plan;
- Manage marketing campaigns across print, promotional materials, congresses and online platforms; ensure high standards to meet customers' expectations and to build the credibility of brands;
- Collect and analyze data and insights on market dynamics, customer trends, brand positioning and competitors' activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree, marketing, commercial economics, e-commerce or communication;
- Minimum of three years work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, medical devices or another customer-oriented industry;
- Experience in product life cycle management;
- Excellent understanding of omnichannel marketing principles.
