Our client is looking for an office assistant (part-time) to be responsible for handling different tasks in the office. You will be handling incoming phone calls and other communications, as well as managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office duties.
Reporting to the Commercial Operations Manager for the Netherlands, your main goal will be to support the Dutch team.
On a day-to-day basis, your activities will include:
-Provide administrative support to the commercial team.
-Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls, managing the email account drafting correspondence, minutes taking.
-Keeping contracts documentation with all external stakeholders up to date.
-Processing of financial documents and information (invoices, cash, bank transfers, etc..), the transmission of those documents and information to the person responsible.
-Being a point of contact for and between the payroll agency and the accounting company.
-Preparing and processing expense reports/travel expenses for all commercial members; monitoring holidays, sick days.
-Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
-You are at ease with IT tools, in particular, the use of Office suite and SAP.
-You are self-driven, proactive, solution-oriented, and attentive to details, you have great time management and the ability to follow up on different activities in parallel.
-You are motivated, autonomous, committed, and perseverant with good interpersonal and communication skills.
-You are empathetic and a real team player.
-Dutch mother tongue and proficient in English.
