Reporting to the Commercial Operations Manager for The Netherlands, your main goal will be to increase sales and market share in the Dutch market, in compliance with the Dutch Public Health Code, existing regulations and internal rules. To be succesful, you will reach your sales targets because often enough you will effectively deliver messages focused on benefits to selected customers, in a planned manner, so that the customers' prescribing habits change.


Inhoud van de functie

  • Provide healthcare professionals information on promotion, institutional information, safety of use and assistance in ordering AIT treatments and pharmaceutical specialities;
  • Analyse, plan and manage the activity: prepare the visits according to the knowledge of the sector and its interlocutors:
    • Ensure a sufficient frequency of contact with customers, reflecting the local environment, in line with defined priorities and strategy;
    • Identify potential prospects interested in AIT;
    • Effectively deliver messages based on marketing campaigns, in a manner that will change the behaviour of the customer;
    • Design and implement action plans.

Functie eisen

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position in the AIT segment and/or within the hospital environment;
  • You master:
    • Promotion, negotiation and communication techniques;
    • Market evaluation and analysis techniques;
    • Techniques for qualifying a target according to segmentation criteria;
    • The local competitive environment.
  • Ideally, you already know the network of allergists, ENT-specialists and pulmonologists in The Netherlands;
  • You have a proven track record of self-initiating projects and your hands-on approach has allowed to succesfully meet challenging targets up to now.
