Are you looking to successfully launch a new medicine in the field of Hematology? Become the Sales & Marketing Manager Hematology to bring this promising new product to the market.

Multiple indication extensions are already predicted for the coming years, be a part of a project that matters. Utilise your skills to build market and customer understanding, implement the launch strategy, and lead towards launch goals. Work closely with the medical and corporate affairs department to create and implement tactics for communication. Do you have selling skills and the drive to build and maintain strong ties with hematologists? If so, take on this opportunity as the Sales & Marketing Manager!

Your responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a network of key hematology customers
  • Find ways to quickly learn patient and HCP needs in the treatment hematological malignancies
  • Recognize trends in the market on all levels and anticipate and adjust strategy and tactics accordingly
  • Create external initiatives with key opinion leaders that lead to an understanding of the customer need and business opportunity
  • Build customer and operational plans that capture above market / customer understanding, sets objectives, and defines initiatives to bring value to the patient, the customer, and the market
  • Responsible for all personal and non-personal communication about the product to build customer engagement: right information through the right channel to the right customer
  • Responsible for initiating, collaborating on and implementing promotional activities and projects in line with the customer plan-
  • Working in compliance with all company policies (working with integrity)
  • Keep senior management and other key stakeholders informed of progress in driving the success of this product strategy

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor/master’s degree is required
  • You are a resident of the Netherlands
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English and also you have a driver’s license B
  • More than 5 years of experience in the in haematology market, with passion for innovation and patients
  • A passion for customer interactions: ideally bring a network of regional and national relations in the field of hematology
  • Ability and experience to direct communications in an orchestrated fashion through multiple communication channels
  • Good teamwork skills and collaboration within cross functional team and ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Strong implementer who can translate strategy into activities, good communication and organizational skills with and to all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work independently to define and achieve goals
  • Talent to grow with the brand: as new and larger indications will be included, the role will grow and potentially evolve to a “Brand Manager/Leader” role over time
