The Field Market Access Manager will ensure that market access in The Netherlands is in line with the global and local objectives, including defining strategy, preparing P&R applications and future launches, keeping market access for the existing products, in collaboration with all involved departments across the organisation.
Inhoud van de functie
- Ensure patient access in hospitals by collaborating with relevant decision makers in the hospitals and healthcare insurers;
- Customer Engagement: Is an expert in finding ways to approach different healthcare professionals and knows how to involve them in improving health care quality. Regarded by customer and external experts as preferred representative to collaborate with based on their insight. Identifies business risks and opportunities and reacts accordingly;
- Business planning: contributes to joint, long term, strategic plans with customer. Actively drives customer/account opportunities aligned with specialty portfolio strategies and customer needs. Defines actions with long-term impact and proactively adjusts personal KPI's based on stretched objectives and environmental customer changes.
Functie eisen
- Knowledge of the Dutch pharmaceutical market regarding trends, regulations, financing and market dynamics;
- Knowledge and experience in oncology and hematology specialist area's;
- Strong networker and personal skills to develop a solid external stakeholder network;
- Able to discuss the clinical and economic value of the products.
